Results typically last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth and aftercare. With regular waxing cycles, hairs grow back finer and sparser. Factors like hormones, medications, and skin care routines influence timing and durability of results.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on sensitive skin. Our trained estheticians use techniques and calming products to minimize pain. Numbing creams are optional; breathing, relaxed muscles, and regular waxing can reduce sensitivity over time for a more comfortable experience.

Exfoliate gently a few days prior and avoid heavy lotions on the day of your appointment. Let hair reach about a quarter inch. Avoid sunburn, retinoids, or recent chemical peels to reduce irritation and ensure a successful wax.

Wait at least 24 hours before hot baths, saunas, or intense exercise to prevent irritation and bacterial exposure. You can take a cool shower after a few hours, using gentle, fragrance-free products to soothe the waxed area.

Waxing is generally safe during pregnancy, but increased sensitivity and hormonal changes may cause extra discomfort. Avoid waxing if you have complications, recent medical concerns, or open skin. Consult your healthcare provider, and inform your esthetician about pregnancy for tailored care.

Avoid hot showers, heavy sweating, and sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours. Apply gentle, unscented moisturizer or aloe vera to soothe skin. Exfoliate lightly after five days to prevent ingrown hairs. Contact us if prolonged redness or bumps persist.
